Borja Baston

Talking about Borja Gonzalez, nicknamed Bastón, striker from Atlético de Madrid, is talking about goals. And a fair ammount of them.  Born 25 August 1992 in Madrid, he has played for Atletico since age 8 all the way until he made his first-team debut in May of 2010. Being compared several times to el "niño" Fernando Torres,   this elegant striker finished third in the U-17 world cup along with his spanish team, having scored 5 goals. Unfortunately at age 18 he seems to be suffering from a momentary bad luck moment: Twenty minutes after his debute, he was stretchered off with a serious anterior cruciate ligament injury on his left knee, in an eventual 0–3 home loss.
Will luck and hard work help us to hear more about this football promise?
